This policy explains what information PuranoKinBech stores when you use the marketplace, and how it is used.

Information we store

  • Account: your email address and password (stored securely, never visible to us in plain text) and your sign-up date.
  • Profile: your name, optional photo and location (province, district, municipality and area).
  • Listings: title, description, price, category, condition, location, status and posting date.
  • Listing photos: images you upload to your listings.
  • Favorites: the listings you save.
  • Messages: chats you send to or receive from other users about a listing.
  • Notifications: alerts about new messages, saved listings and sold items.
  • Reports: reports you submit about listings, including the reason and any details you add.

How we use it

We use this information only to operate the marketplace: to run your account, show listings, deliver messages and notifications, and review reports to keep the platform safe.

Public vs private

  • Public: your listings, listing photos, and your profile name, photo and location.
  • Private: your email address and password. They are never shown to other users.
  • Messages are visible only to the buyer and seller in that chat. Favorites and notifications are visible only to you.
  • Reports are visible only to you and to marketplace administrators.

Security

Access rules in our database make sure each person can only read and change their own private data. Administrator access is restricted to specific accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Cookies and storage

We keep you logged in using your browser's local storage. We do not currently use advertising or analytics trackers.

Third-party services

The marketplace runs on a cloud hosting and database service that stores the data described above on our behalf. We do not sell your information.

Your rights and account deletion

You can edit your profile and edit, hide or delete your listings at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, please use the method on our Contact page.
